On August 27, 2024, a significant milestone was reached at the Sinbon Electronics Mexico Industrial Base located in the Logistik II Industrial Park in Reyes Town, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The official contract awarding and groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of construction at the Sinbon SLP Plant took place. ELINC China Co., Ltd. and Golden Sea Construction Group, the appointed contractors, held a formal ceremony to mark the start of this smart factory's development. This advanced facility, strategically positioned in the Americas, is expected to play a critical role in enhancing Sinbon Electronics' competitiveness in the global market. JOLLA International's wholly owned subsidiary, ELUFA SA de CV, has been integral to this project, providing crucial management oversight throughout its execution.
Sinbon Electronics Mexico is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and integration of electronic component solutions, serving industries such as telecommunications, automotive, industrial control, medical devices, and home appliances. The smart factory project is part of Sinbon Electronics' expansive Mexico campus, covering over 80,000 square meters. The project will be developed in three phases, with the first phase encompassing 36,000 square meters, including a 13,000-square-meter state-of-the-art steel structure plant.
During the awarding and groundbreaking ceremony, senior executives from Sinbon Electronics were joined by government officials and industry leaders from both China and Mexico to celebrate this landmark event.
